election ballot with ONLY the incumbent candidate that that person must PASS or FAIL
– thumbs-UP or thumbs-DOWN – Recall-Ballot election.
If thumbs-UP (the incumbent having achieved 50%+ of ALL voter electorate) the
election for that office is over, the incumbent is chosen to be retained for another
term! All potential challenger candidates are inactivated as the November General
election is negated for that one particular elective office.
If thumbs-DOWN (the incumbent having achieved less than 50% of ALL voter
electorate) completes the current term, with negated from additional term! All
potential challenger candidates are empowered as the November General election is
provided for that one particular elective office.
Thereafter, in the November General election, ALL challenger candidates of any and
every political stripe shall be provided position on the November General election ballot
with numerical elimination in one election via both a popular choice and preferred
choice empowered form of Instant Runoff balloting. A run-off election not required!
Incumbents of honorable competent credibility need not worry. Yet, new generations of
competent elective office candidates, that inspire the empowerment of voter electorate,
will have a level playing field to seek a forum to present new pragmatic legislation to
