Governor Rauner was elected to define, articulate and achieve his pragmatic Illinois legislation program, but now highly complicated and consternated by facing the disruption of the disruptive loss of Illinois State Senators or Illinois State Representatives in a series of Special Elections at huge Illinois taxpayers expense.

Connor Vlakancic was born in Aurora, Illinois, and raised in DeKalb County. He has a diverse background, including a career in Silicon Valley technology, international business, and political activism. He founded 5STAR Group International, Inc., which imports food and beverages from Croatia. His career spans various roles in technology, marketing, and political candidacies. He is committed to promoting family values and learning about heritage. Connor has also been active in US Federal and California state politics, advocating for various legislative initiatives.

While officially founded in 1837, Bureau County can trace its roots back before the birth of our nation. During this period, traders and settlers began to arrive throughout what is now North Central Illinois, finding an abundance of rich fertile prairie land.
DeKalb County was formed on March 4, 1837, out of Kane County, Illinois. The County was named in honor of Johann de Kalb, a German (Bavarian) hero of the American Revolutionary War. DeKalb County is approximately 632.7 square miles, located 63 miles west of Chicago.
Kendall County Animal Control is the County agency responsible for the enforcement of the state statutes governing rabies control in domestic companion animals. Kendall Co. Animal Control also enforces the County’s ordinance that prohibits dogs from running at large in unincorporated, residential areas.

Will
La Salle County was officially formed in 1858 from the Bexar District. The first settlements were established on the road from Laredo to San Antonio. In 1852, the Army established Fort Ewell near present-day Artesia Wells, where the road crossed the Nueces River, to protect travelers on the road.
Putnam County’s courthouse in Hennepin is the oldest courthouse currently in use in Illinois which has been maintained in an original form. The courthouse was built in 1839, the year Putnam County’s present-day boundaries were established.
